Lucky me!!!! Look what Nathalie sent me. A beautiful photograph, and a print of one of her gorgeous landscape paintings. Whether she is painting or taking photographs Nathalie is queen of capturing texture and light. You must visit her blog, I assure you it will become a trip that you make daily! Thank you Nathalie!

Hoping that you all had a wonderful holiday and that today you are relaxing.
I also have a question for anyone that is able to answer: How can I take photographs of my work that have a really large dpi and change/reduce them to hi resolution A4 size images at 300 dpi. I have access to photoshop but do not ordinarily use it. Can I change the photographs that I already have or do I need to take new photographs altogether? Two of my many golas for the new year 1. get more computer savvy and 2. Ask for help when I need it.
Thank you for any advice that you are able to give.

PS I am so excited to have a weeks vacation to visit all of your blogs and catch up. A nice cup of coffee, good music and all of you = happiness.

Sometimes I look back at my drawings and I feel like they just happened. Like when you arrive at work and wonder how did I get here? I forget the trip. Maybe I didn't even think of it maybe they did just happen, maybe they are just true . Maybe they just are. Or maybe when I go to sleep at night they are all up walking around and mingling and that's when they happen......................

And thank you to all who have left comments for the giveaway. Your comments are so thoughtful, that you took the time and what you've said, I am so grateful. When the doubt comes creeping I will read your words. Thank you.

Busy

I've been unbelievably busy procrastinating, wasting time, making cookies, eating cookies, sitting thinking about doing lots of things, watching everyone else do things, poking around, listening, yawning, drawing here and there and painting something for a little someone whose name came to me in an art swap. I hope she'll like it even if it is a little late.

More drawings. I am stuck inside my sketchbook again.
The sky is grey and heavy today. We are expecting our first snow tonight. We will all be bundled up for the Christmas parade. Hope you too are having a cozy Saturday.
