these two words come to mind- sentient families . :) I like how these little vignettes reintroduce/draw closer attention to these little 'families' that are found accompanying your other characters. The way you have displayed them brings a feeling of importance. They give the impression as being such little humble things, (which may go unnoticed and/or be of no consequence to some)-- It seems to me that they are of great consequence to you. It appears that there is no room for complacency... that you are constantly searching, exploring, discovering, becoming. It's quite beautiful. It's like being with bees ;)
