I have been in hiding this week trying to tackle many different to do lists. I have the mother to do list, dentist appointments and the like, The teacher to do list, it is the end of the year and so many things to tie up especially since I will miss the last few days because of grad school, oh ya and the grad school to do list, oh and the gardener to do list, the seedlings are in the cold frame now I must water them constantly or they will fry, and the me to do list doctors appointments oh and the artist to do list, working on a couple of projects and the what else hmmm I am sure I am forgetting something..... Ahhh yes the housekeeping list(:
Well I am sorry I bored you with my list of lists as I am sure you have pages and pages of your own.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

  4. Love your hiding art. Best way to hide is hide your own head. You can go about life and no one knows who you are. Sometimes all you need is a little black mask around your eyes like a superhero. But, then, you would be expected to do super heroic things. If you can make it through that long list you will indeed be super and deserve to hide behind a superhero mask.

  6. Peekaboo Peekadoo! this makes me think of how a child often hides in plain sight... N hides like this but I can still see his eyes looking at me and he has a big smile thinking he's fooled me and I can't see him but he can still see me. Now you see me, now you don't! I'm getting really good at pretending with all of this practice.
I imagine the next drawing in your sequence would be opposite the first and the little individual here shows its face again with a playful smile. Balance is always nice... if you cross a few things off your 'working' to do list, make sure you cross off a few on your 'leisure' list too. Now to practice what I preach....

  9. I like how you are hiding behind a big red dot/ball/balloon! I feel like hiding from my work at the moment - but the sooner I confront the last bits and pieces, the sooner it will be done, and then I can finally go out and play!
